1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to businesses that pay Spreadist to run a campaign. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Creators are not charged to take part. How creators are paid is covered by the campaign brief and our Terms.
You pay the quoted campaign price in the currency shown on your quote. Refunds are made in the same currency and to the same account or payment method you paid from.
2. Cancel before your campaign goes live
You can cancel a campaign at any time before it goes live. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount, less any bank or payment charges we cannot recover.
If we reject a campaign, or ask you to change it and it never goes live, you are refunded in full in the same way.
3. Cancel after it goes live, before anyone is accepted
Once a campaign is live, you can still cancel and get back what you paid, within 30 calendar days of it going live, as long as no creator has been accepted onto it.
Two things end this right: a creator is accepted onto the campaign, or 30 days pass since it went live, whichever comes first. After that, the situations below are the only exceptions.
4. Places that are not filled
A campaign is priced per creator place. If your campaign ends or is cancelled with places that no creator was accepted into, we refund the part of the price that covers those places, including our service fee for them.
Places that were filled are not refundable, apart from the cases below.
5. If a creator does not deliver
If a creator who was accepted does not deliver by the deadline, or delivers work you or our team reject because it does not follow the brief or is not of an acceptable standard, we will offer you a replacement creator where we can, so the campaign can still be completed. No reward is paid to a creator whose work is rejected.
Creators are given a fair chance to revise rejected work. If a requested revision is not delivered within 7 calendar days, we treat the work as not delivered.
If you would rather not continue with a replacement, tell us and we refund the price of that place, including our service fee for it.
6. Products and samples
If a campaign involves a physical product, you arrange and pay for delivery to the creator, at your own cost and risk. The cost or value of products and samples you send is not reimbursed by Spreadist, and a creator is not required to return them unless your brief says so. A replacement creator will need a new product.
7. Results and reviews
We do not guarantee views, clicks, sales or other results unless a campaign states a measurable target that we agreed with you in writing. A campaign that delivers fewer results than you hoped for is not, on its own, a reason for a refund.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We never refund, or withhold a creator's reward, because a review or piece of feedback was negative or not positive enough.
8. Campaigns we remove
If we remove or stop a campaign because it breaks our Terms or our content policy, we may keep the price of any work creators have already completed, and refund the rest, less any bank or payment charges we cannot recover.
9. How to ask
Log in and message our team from your dashboard's Inbox & Support, with the name of the campaign and what went wrong. A person will reply. Where a refund is due, we return it to the payment method or account you used, in the currency you paid. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of agreeing them, although your bank may take longer to show it.
Not sure where you stand? Ask us. We would rather explain than have you guess.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Spreadist grows. A change applies to campaigns you pay for after it takes effect. Campaigns you have already paid for keep the policy that applied when you paid.
